The scores and league tables have now been updated with the results from the Abu Dhabi GP.

Congratulations to our 2019 champion Jack Lowe and his team 'A Stroll in the park' as they came back in the final round against second place Paul Dennis-jones who pushed all the way as his teams finished runner-up ('As good as I can Afford') and third ('On a Front Wing & a Prayer').

Thank you to everyone who took part and supported us this season. We hope you have a good winter break and we'll see you again next year!

Barmy Brazil

A crazy race in Brazil saw Verstappen come out on top after an imperious drive. He kept out of the carnage that ensued behind to claim his 3rd victory of 2019. Behind him were 2 new faces to the podium with Gasly for Toro Rosso and Sainz in the McLaren. Both deserving of a spot for differing reasons this season. It was Alpha Romeo's best result too of 2019 with Raikkonen 4th and Giovinazzi 5th. It was the first time since 2013 that neither Mercedes or Ferrari made it to the podium - a remarkable stat. Will the season finale provide more fireworks or will normal service resume?

Top 10 - 1. Verstappen, 2. Gasly, 3. Sainz, 4. Raikkonen, 5. Giovinazzi, 6. Ricciardo, 7. Hamilton, 8. Norris, 9. Perez, 10. Kvyat

Abu Dhabi - season finale

Last year Hamilton signed off in style with a win at the Abu Dhabi GP. Vettel came home in second with Verstappen in third, resulting in the top 3 constructors each claiming a podium place - mirroring their final position in the standings. Who will come out on top at the season ending race in 2019?

2019 podium prediction - 1. Hamilton, 2. Vettel, 3. Verstappen

Fantasy Game

Verstappen topped the charts with his victory in Brazil, earning him a total of 331 points. Unfamiliar faces followed with Sainz amassing 241 points thanks partly to his impressive 85 gains bonus points. It was a day to score big for a number of the midfield drivers with Gasly, Ricciardo and the 2 Alpha Romeo's all scoring over 165 points and all more than Hamilton! The 2 Ferraris had a day to forgot after taking each other out of the race, their combined score was still 16 short of Gasly's 206! Hamilton can finish the season as the only driver to get into the 5000s, he requires 148 points or better to reach that mark which over the season is a fantastic reward for his owners - only 3 occasions has his ownership dropped below 400 players, and that was all in the first 4 races which is a testament to just how consistent and valuable he's been at the top end of the points all season. My tips - Hamilton (£17.84M), Albon (£9.55M), Vettel (12.41M).

US GP recap

Whilst Ferrari faltered Mercedes were flawless as they sealed a 1-2 in the US GP. Bottas did all he could in the championship fight by winning the race but Hamilton did what was required to seal his 6th world title with second in the race. The British driver has had an incredible season and to win the title with 2 races to spare is testament to his quality and consistency. The final podium spot was taken by Verstappen who was hot on the heels of Hamilton with different strategies in play but couldn't got close enough to try a move. Further down the order the battle between Renault and McLaren continued with Ricciardo and Hulkenberg either side of the McLaren sandwich! Norris outscored Sainz for the first time since Sinagpore.

Top 10 - 1. Bottas, 2. Hamilton, 3. Verstappen, 4. Leclerc, 5. Albon, 6. Ricciardo, 7. Norris, 8. Sainz, 9. Hulkenberg, 10. Perez

Brazilian GP

Last year Hamilton inherited the win after race leader Verstappen came together with then Force India driver Ocon when he was going to lap the French driver. Away from the spotlight Raikkonen claimed what would be his final time on the podium in a Ferrari. Now that both championships are sealed who will emerge victorious with the pressure off?

2019 podium predicition - 1. Hamilton, 2. Verstappen, 3. Bottas

Fantasy Game

Bottas was the only driver to break into the 300s this round thanks to his race victory which saw him earn a total of 306 points. Despite being the least selected driver from the 'big 6' he proved once more to be good value for money for the 173 players who picked him. It was closely packed after the Finnish driver with Hamilton leading the next group on 186 points with Leclerc next on 181 and Verstappen a further 10 behind. In the midfield Perez kept the McLaren and Renault drivers honest by splitting them straight down the middle, with Ricciardo and Norris just ahead but Sainz and Hulkenberg in behind. All 5 of these drivers were separated by a mere 36 points. Who will you back to end the season on a high? My tips - Verstappen (£12.79M), Albon (£9.92M), Perez (£8.66M). For the bonus scores the winning margin was 5 seconds or less, there were 7 drivers on the lead lap, Vettel was the first retirement and Red Bull had the quickest pit stop.
